After I place my order, will I get updates on its progress?
Yes, you will be notified when your charger has shipped and its expected delivery date. You will also receive a shipment tracking number.
How long does it take from placing my order to shipping and delivery?
If an item is in stock, your order will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. All units are shipped from our distributor via ground transportation and timing for delivery depends on its province of destination.
What if a unit is showing as “sold out” / “out of stock”?
If the charger you want/need is showing as “sold out”, please check back regularly for an update. Stock at our distributor is replenished on a regular basis and availability on the site will be updated as soon as more units are ready for order.
Alternatively, you can request notification when it is back in stock. Some items may be backordered or unavailable even if the Site indicates that they are in-stock and adding an item to your cart does not guarantee the availability of that item. Your payment card will not be charged until the item ships to the designated delivery address. If the backordered item is no longer available, we will contact you to determine how to proceed or cancel the item from your order and notify you, usually via e-mail. What do I do if I need to return my charger?
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of your receipt. Once the return is initiated, you must return your items within 14 calendar days. All non-warranty related returns and exchanges will be returned to Ford at your expense. Returns must be in the original un-opened box, in new, not installed, resalable condition with all instructions and hardware in the condition it was received. Contact our EV Charger Program Headquarters by email support@fordcharging.ca to work with one of our representatives to coordinate the return. We are available Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm EST. Please do NOT take your charger to the dealership as they will not be able to accept it.
Do I need to use Qmerit to install my Ford EV charger?
No. While Qmerit has a team of professionals who are familiar with the Ford Charge Station Pro and Ford Connected Charger Stations, you can schedule your installation with another EV certified electrician.
